COBARDE was born in Puerto Escondido as a mezcal bar. It blossomed in Santo Domingo, in the heart of Oaxaca, with a proposal recognized by the Michelin Guide.

Today, COBARDE lives in Roma Norte as an informal fine dining experience that defends the table as a space for connection.
